We have had several reports of 1Stream User Not Found when attempting to sign-in via Unified SSO. If you are seeing this error message, run ipconfig/ flushdns and then close out of your browser session, and sign-in again
We have identified a problem with access to our Control Portal in North America. Used who use unified SSO and admin users who need to manage their accounts are unable to do so. We are already mid-resolution and our estimated resolution time is 15 minutes or less.
