[All Deployments] Duo Desktop not being recognized on Windows 11 24H2/25H2 minor

We are currently investigating an issue causing Duo Desktop to not be recognized during authentications on Windows 11 24H2/25H2. If possible, please refrain from upgrading to 24H2/25H2 at this time.
