We have identified an intermittent global issue preventing customers managing subscriptions. Customers are being presented with an error message: "We couldn't process your request". All other product functionalities are performing as expected. We are investigating. We have identified that updating the registration codes for customers in South Africa is not working for the following products: -Sage 50 Accounts ZA -VIP Payroll -Pastel Payroll -Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional. These codes are required by the customers to use the products. As a workaround customers can reach out to customer services to obtain the registration codes. We are currently investigating.
