Some users located in the North America East region may note increased latency when trying to load storefronts and store admins. This issue is expected to impact users of a limited set of internet service providers. We are currently working with our networking vendor, Cloudflare, to resolve this issue. Merchants experienced issues when trying to login to Shopify admin, POS, Mobile, and Shopify Support. Shopify deployed a mitigation at around 17:30 UTC which began recover of the service. It reached a stability point and has been stable since 19:15 UTC. Engineering teams are continuing to monitor the mitigation.
Some merchants are currently unable to contact our support teams through the Help Center due to technical issues. We are investigating and will keep you updated.

A 3rd party provider issue is impacting the ability to purchase labels from Purolator, DPD UK, BRT, Chronopost, Yodel, Seur and Australia Post. Shipping options are functional for customers at checkout; only the purchase and printing of shipping labels from the admin may be affected.
